Scottish Building Society goes live with Iress’ MSO

Iress today announced that Scottish Building Society is now live with its MSO software. The software enables the Society to create efficiencies in the mortgage process, giving more time back to advisers and increasing client-facing time and customer satisfaction. Scottish Building Society currently is in pilot with a select group of its brokers with a full roll out set for June 2024.

By implementing MSO, Scottish Building Society has created a technology platform that supports business expansion while continuing to deliver high levels of customer service and ensuring that future technology and regulatory requirements can be met.
